Veterans Office

The Wichita County Veterans Service Office is located in the Courthouse Annex, 600 Scott Street, Suite 103.  We are employed by the County and State to help Veteran’s and their dependents in processing claims.  We work through and with the Texas Veteran’s Commission to process claims for compensation and pension, vocational rehabilitation, burial benefits, obtain records, and a host of other items.  If you are a Veteran, Spouse or Dependent of a Veteran we are here to assist you.  If you have never filed a claim with the VA or the surviving Spouse of a Veteran we may be able to help in filing a claim.  If you have already filed a claim we may assist you with an upgrade or finding out information.
